Help me build Bela Pepper using the existing creator project at https://github.com/BelaPlatform/bela-pepper. This is a CAIBI benchmark adaptation of the project build brief, not a claim about how the creator used AI.

Project context:
- A Bela-based programmable Eurorack module with pots, buttons, LEDs and audio/control connections.
- Build context: Revision-matched PCB, faceplates and eight 100k potentiometers; Jacks, buttons, LEDs, passives, headers and regulator from the revision BOM; Compatible Bela/BeagleBone stack; the full DIY kit listing includes a Bela Starter Kit; Suitable modular case/power and patch connections as specified by the build route.
- Fabrication scope: Use the creator PCB and faceplate design for the exact revision. The current guide covers rev2 full kits after April 2022. Some photos show earlier resistor values; the current text and revision BOM take precedence.
- AI role: AI can explain Pure Data or code patches and help organise BOM checks. Solder quality, polarity, connector alignment and audio/CV limits remain builder responsibilities.
- Known limitation: Previous-generation Bela compatibility is documented; Bela Gem compatibility has not been established here. No physical validation or complete delivered cost.
