A record you can build on.
Keep the source, your changes and what actually happened together. Notes stay on this page unless you choose to save them in this browser or download a copy.
What do you wish existed?
Start in plain language: “I wish I had something that…” Name who it helps, what it needs to notice and what it should do. You do not need to know the components yet. Ask AI to break the idea into sensing, data, decisions, controls and physical parts, explain unfamiliar terms, and suggest a small version you can check.
Use the fields below to record an experiment as well as a complete build. In Project and source, write the question and what would count as success. Under What I changed, record the starting version, one variable you changed and any AI tool or model used. In What happened, include measurements, failed cases and whether the result changed your mind.
Set a time or cost limit before starting. Finish with a next decision: repeat the test, change the approach, integrate it into a build, or stop. These notes are your record, not a public submission.
Saved notes are not encrypted and may be accessible to other people using this browser. Avoid private details and API keys. Download a copy before clearing browser data or changing devices.
Turn your experience into useful evidence
When you have a result to report, open the project assessment and choose its builder report. Include failures and incomplete attempts. Paste the relevant notes, give only costs you actually incurred, and attach photos only when you have permission.
Saving or downloading notes does not submit them to CAIBI.
